Get More Likes and Shares on Facebook

Today I want share with you a super simple strategy on How to Get More Likes and Shares on Facebook.

If you enjoy posting inspirational and/or motivational quotes on Facebook, or perhaps you’re promoting a product or special offer for sale or give-away, you’re going to love this super effective, simple-to-use strategy that will not only increase your engagement with your audience on Facebook, but also increase your interaction and activity with them as well.

Rather than just post your favorite quote or saying as text, or post a link to your product/offer with a brief written description, turn your favorite saying or offer into an eye captivating image that will stand out more in Facebook’s news feed, as well as increase your chances of more likes and more shares.

There’s two free tools that I use to accomplish this:

– Quozio (for Mac or PC)

With Quozio, you can add any words, text, or phrases and then have them imposed on a variety of different backgrounds. Once you find a background you like, simply save your new “image” to your Mac or PC which you can then easily post to Facebook as an image.

– Phonto (app for your mobile devises)

Phonto works in much the same way as Quozio, and you can download it for free for your iPhone/iPad or Android devices, by clicking either of those links).

With Phonto, you can choose any image from your device’s photo library as your background, and then add any text, including the ability to edit different fonts, sizes, colors, etc.

IMPORTANT TIP TO GET MORE LIKES AND SHARES ON FACEBOOK:

Before you post your image on Facebook, you want to post some text along with it.

You want to say something about your quote. If possible you want to include a CTA (call to action). In other words, what do you want your friends or fans to do with this quote? Do want them to share it? Like it? Click on a link?

Here’s an example of a text quote I turned into an image using Phonto, along with a call to action in the description.
